GMBS reserves the right to provide a Subscription with a complimentary trial for a limited duration (“Free Trial”) at its discretion.
To access the Free Trial, you may need to input your billing details during the sign-up process.
If you provide your billing information for the Free Trial, GMBS will not charge you until the Free Trial period ends. Upon the conclusion of the Free Trial, unless you have canceled your Subscription, you will be automatically billed the relevant Subscription fees based on your chosen Subscription type.
BMPS retains the right to (i) alter the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) terminate the Free Trial offer, at any time and without prior notice.
Fee Modifications
GMBS reserves the right to adjust the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions at its discretion and at any given time. Any changes to the Subscription fees will take effect at the conclusion of the current Billing Cycle.
Prior to the implementation of any changes to the Subscription fees, GMBS will provide you with a reasonable notice, allowing you the opportunity to cancel your Subscription before the new fees are applied.
By continuing to use the Service after the modification of the Subscription fee, you agree to pay the revised amount.
Refunds
Unless required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Content
Our Service enables you to post, link, store, share, and make available various information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials (referred to as “Content”). You are responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of the Content you post on or through the Service.
By posting Content on or through the Service, you confirm that: (i) the Content belongs to you or you have the necessary rights to use it and grant us the rights and license as stated in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not infringe upon the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any individual or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of any user found to be violating copyright laws.

Termination

Under no circumstances shall GMBS, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, regardless of whether such damages are based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
